Run by a Senior Occupational Therapist and her team of fully qualified, DBS checked carers

Come for the morning session and lunch

Come for lunch and the afternoon session

Or

Stay all day, the choice is yours

There will be singing, reminiscing, crafts, current affairs, seated exercise and lots of fun!
